The period runs from delivery of the goods; for services and digital content, from contract conclusion. Exceptions apply (see below).   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you were not clearly informed about this right, the withdrawal period is extended by up to 12 months. Once you are informed, you then have 14 days from that notice. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>How to withdraw (3 easy steps)<\/strong>\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send us a clear statement of withdrawal (form or e-mail is fine). A standard EU model form is accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within 14 days of notifying us, send the goods back or hand them over at the location we specify.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We\u2019ll refund via the same payment method after processing. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Where &amp; how to send the parcel back (Packeta)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We recommend returns via <strong>Packeta \u2013 \u201cReturn Parcel\u201d<\/strong>: take your parcel to any Packeta drop-off point (note: Z-BOX lockers aren\u2019t supported for returns), tell staff our 8-digit return code, and they\u2019ll print the label on site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return costs: By default you pay the return shipping, unless we state at checkout that returns are free. (EU rules allow sellers to require the customer to cover return postage if informed in advance.)  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Your refund<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; however, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of sending\u2014whichever comes first. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We also refund the cheapest standard delivery we offered. Any extra paid for express\/courier delivery is not refunded. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condition of returned goods<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may handle the goods to the extent necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning (as you would in a store). You are liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond that. We will repair or replace free of charge; if that is impossible or not done within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Specifics by type of purchase<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Physical goods (VibeeBox, cards, figurines)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may withdraw within 14 days and send the goods back within 14 days of your notice. If the goods are used beyond ordinary testing, we may reasonably reduce the refund to reflect diminished value.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digital content (online content\/licences\/credits)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (streaming or download), the right of withdrawal does not applyonce supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you lose the right to withdraw.
